Project description

The Shenkin 30 project is located in the very heart of the city, a walking distance away from Rothschild Boulevard, the Carmel Market, Nachalat Binyamin, the artists’ market, Dizengoff Center, the Habima Theater and the beach. Shenkin Street has a rich variety of cafes, designers’ shops, concept stores and restaurants. Over the last several years the street has been given a “face lift” with extensive renovations. The walking street has been renewed, the infrastructures have been replaced, and bicycle paths have been added. The street and its surrounding area contain old buildings designated for preservation and many trees that provide pedestrians with shade and maintain Tel Aviv’s historic character.
