Project description

A building designated for “grade A” preservation based on its historic architectural values. The building was constructed in 1928 in the eclectic style by Architect A. Shtrimer as the home of the Ne’eman Family. It is decorated with unique elements that are attached to a fancy façade. The existing three story structure will be renovated and reconstructed, and on the back part of the plot a new, modern five story building will be connected to it, with the fourth floor shared by both buildings.
