Our Projects

Pinsker 19

A building designated for “grade A” preservation based on its historic architectural values. The building was constructed in 1928 in the eclectic style by Architect A. Shtrimer as the home of the Ne’eman Family. It is decorated with unique elements that are attached to a fancy façade. The existing three story structure will be renovated and reconstructed, and on the back part of the plot a new, modern five story building will be connected to it.

Montefiore 16a

A boutique building with 14 beautiful apartments that are intelligently planned and utilized. It is located in the financial heart of Tel Aviv and is suitable for investors and people who are in the know. The apartments have 1 or 2 bedrooms and on the top floor there is a magnificent penthouse with a swimming pool overlooking the sea.

Rambam 3

The building has a young design and is located at the end of the walking street, adjacent to the Carmel Market. The market is planned to go through a significant “face lift” and to be connected to the Neve Zedek walking street (the “2000 Plan”). The building contains small, modest apartments (50-80 square meters) with a balcony for every apartment. It is covered with contemporary chic and is located in an area overlooking the sea that bustles with activity both day and night.

Ranak 14

The Ranak 14 project is a 7 story building with 15 residential units. It is luxurious and exclusive and is located in the much sought after old northern part of Tel Aviv. It is on a quiet street between Dizengoff and Ben Yehuda and Arlozorov and Ben Gurion, and is close to the future light rail station. It is a short walking distance from the beach, the Hilton Hotel, Haatzmaut Garden, the Tel Aviv Port, Dizengoff Center and more.

Shenkin 30

The Shenkin 30 project is located in the very heart of Tel Aviv, a walking distance away from Rothschild Boulevard, the Carmel Market, Nachalat Binyamin, the artists’ market, Dizengoff Center, the Habima Theater and the beach. Shenkin Street has a rich variety of cafes, designers’ shops, concept stores and restaurants. Over the last several years the street has been given a “face lift” with extensive renovations. The walking street has been renewed, the infrastructures have been replaced, and bicycle paths have been added.
